OnlyDM is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over your data.
What we collect
Account email, the persona profile you configure, and the message metadata needed to run your inbox (platform, fan handle, message content, and the reply generated for you). We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To generate in-persona replies, score buying intent, run your PPV upsells, and show you revenue and queue analytics. Nothing more.
Storage and security
Data is stored on your own deployment where self-hosting is enabled. Credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is revocable at any time.
Your rights
You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
